-We will continue to work on the "Everyone's Playground Project," a support project for the Great East Japan Earthquake-

Hoping for the speedy recovery and restoration of the lives of those affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake, T Point Japan Co., Ltd. launched the Great East Japan Earthquake Disaster Relief Project in 2011, "Present your T-CARD to bring a smile to the faces of children in the affected areas."With the cooperation of T members, T-POINT Alliance partners, and architects, we have built "Children's Centers for Everyone" in Minamisanriku Town, Miyagi Prefecture, and Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, and a "Children's Home for Everyone" in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture, creating spaces where children can play and also supporting the local community. Many children now come to this place every day to play with friends, read books, do their homework, and it serves as a place where children can feel safe. In addition, it is used in a variety of ways not only by children but also by adults, and has become a place where many smiles are born.

Since last summer, we have been running a campaign called "Bring smiles to children in disaster-stricken areas by presenting your T-CARD."As part of this project, we have launched the "Everyone's Playground Project" with the aim of expanding it into a larger circle of support with more members participating and working together to promote it. This project is currently building an indoor playground for children in Soma City, Fukushima Prefecture. The initial goal was to complete construction in March, but completion has been delayed due to a shortage of building materials and a change to permanent construction. We will continue to move forward with this project while responding to the ever-changing situation in the disaster-stricken areas.

Today marks three years since the earthquake. However, various forms of support are still needed in the affected areas. We aim to be "a point for people, connecting people and society," which is the concept of T-POINT. Going forward, we will continue to work on support projects for the Great East Japan Earthquake that connect the T-POINT Alliance network with the network of 48.11 million customers who use T-CARDs every day, so that people can connect, talk, and laugh together. I hope that the day will come when the disaster-stricken areas can return to their normal lives.
