Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda) is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, a resolution was passed regarding the management structure effective April 1, 2014, and at the subsequent General Shareholders Meeting, directors and auditors were appointed to take office effective April 1, 2014.
We would also like to inform you that our subsidiary, T-MEDIA HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sakurai Toru), resolved at its board of directors meeting held on March 26th regarding its management structure effective April 1st, 2014, and at the subsequent general shareholders' meeting appointed directors and auditors who will take office on April 1st, 2014.
1. Introduction of the in-house company system and organizational chart effective April 1st
We will introduce an in-house company system to clarify group management and individual business management and increase business independence. We will create customer value with a sense of speed in five business areas, including T-MEDIA HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., an intermediate business holding company.
