-New T-Cards with original designs from Ichigo and Miyako City have been released-

T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "TPJ") and Miyako City Co., Ltd. (Head office: Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture; Chairman and CEO: Minoru Ishihara; hereinafter "Miyako City"), a subsidiary of Ichigo Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Chairman and CEO: Scott Callon; President and CEO: Kenji Iwasaki; hereinafter "Ichigo Group"), the holding company of the Ichigo Group, which operates comprehensive real estate services and clean energy businesses, and which has entered into a T Point agency agreement with TPJ, are pleased to announce that they have begun issuing T Cards at shopping centers (hereinafter "SCs") operated by Miyako City from April 2014.

In the increasingly competitive shopping center industry, Miyako City, which is celebrating its 41st year since its founding, aims to be "Your No. 1 Store in Miyazaki." In December 2013, the company launched the T-Point service at shopping centers it operates. This service not only promotes sales for tenants, but also expands its network of partner stores to include local restaurants, retailers, beauty service providers, and more, promoting mutual customer referrals between the shopping center and the company. We are now issuing T-Cards with original designs by Ichigo and Miyako City, and will aim to revitalize the region by encouraging membership and further expanding our network of affiliated stores. Furthermore, Ichigo Group, which owns and manages real estate assets worth approximately 300 billion yen in Japan, aims to differentiate itself from other companies by strengthening its real estate services, including measures to improve tenant satisfaction. The group will promote sales promotion and revitalize local communities by introducing the T-Point service and T-Card to tenants of properties it owns and manages.

As shopping centers are becoming more community-based these days, TPJ aims to further expand T Points as a common points service that is rooted in people's daily lives by issuing T Cards at Miyako City, the first such shopping center to do so. TPJ also hopes that increased use of T Cards by the 48.41 million (active unique) T Members will further revitalize the local economy.

TPJ and Ichigo Group will continue to provide T Point services that are popular with many customers across a wide range of generations.
