-A first for a job-change recruitment service! Utilizing T-Points to support job changes-

Disco Corporation (Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Taketoshi Natsui; hereinafter "Disco") and T-Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "T-Point Japan") have concluded a T-Point Program Agreement, and will provide a service to support career changes for young people in their 20s through "Career-Tas Tenshoku" (https://career-tasu.com/) will launch the T Point service.

DISCO is the first company that T Point Japan has signed a T Point Program contract with to provide job change support services. Through this initiative, DISCO will award 50 T Points to those who register as members of "Careers+ Career Change," 50 points for first-time applications, and 30,000 T Points once a job change is confirmed and 30 days have passed since joining the company. The T Points you receive can be used at T Point partner stores nationwide, such as TSUTAYA, FamilyMart, Three F, Gusto, Welcia, SoftBank Mobile, and Yahoo! Shopping, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.

As the economy recovers, companies are expected to remain highly motivated to hire, and the market size of job-changing services and the number of job listings on job sites are expected to expand further. As a result, DISCO will launch a job-changing support service specializing in young people in their 20s. By introducing T-Points, which are used by over 70% of people in their 20s, into the new service, we aim to increase awareness of Career-Tas Career Change and differentiate it from existing career change support services.

By providing support for job changes through T Points to young people in their 20s who are challenging themselves with new careers and life stages, T Point Japan will create new value for T Points in the context of work, an important element of lifestyle.
