■Benefits

■Conditions for application: Customers who book a medical checkup plan such as a comprehensive medical checkup, brain checkup, or PET scan worth 50,000 yen or more (excluding tax) with Marso on or before Tuesday, March 31, 2015, and then undergo the same plan at a medical facility are eligible to apply for the campaign. Please note that this offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Marso Health Support Fund or other campaigns run by Marso.

■Announcement of winners: Winners will be announced through a strict lottery, and winners will be contacted via the email address they registered. The right to win belongs to the winner and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Please note that we cannot answer any questions or inquiries regarding confirmation of application completion or whether you have been selected or not.
■Regarding the awarding of T Points: T Points for this campaign will be awarded by the end of May 2015.
■Notes on application: Those who are selected for the full point rebate will not be eligible for the 5,000 point rebate.
