JSB Co., Ltd. (Head office: Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture; President and CEO: Tsuyoshi Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "JSB") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan"), operator of Japan's largest shared points service, "T Points," will begin the T Point service at all 70 "UniLife" stores, a student apartment rental chain operated by JSB, from December 1, 2014.
Customers with a T card can earn 100 points by requesting information from the UniLife website, 300 points by visiting a UniLife store, and additional T points based on the brokerage fee for the contract. The accumulated T points can be used at T point partner stores such as TSUTAYA, Family Mart, Three F, Gusto, Gyukaku, Yahoo! Shopping, and SoftBank Mobile Phones, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.
JSB has been offering the T Point service at some UniLife stores since October 2013, but has now decided to introduce it at all stores after seeing great results in promoting T Points, which are used by approximately 70% of people in their teens and twenties.
Through the T Point service, JSB and T Point Japan will help students find a comfortable apartment and provide a comfortable life.

■How to earn T points:
(1) UniLife website (http://unilife.co.jp/) and earn 100 points when you request information.
(2) Earn 300 points when you visit a UniLife store.
