--T Cards available from four groups: AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, and HKT48! Available at TSUTAYA and FamilyMart stores nationwide from April 1st--
T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") and AKS Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshinari Natsuko; hereinafter referred to as "AKS") are pleased to announce that from April 1, 2015, they will begin issuing the "AKB48 Group x T Card" featuring the AKB48 Group design at approximately 1,400 TSUTAYA stores and approximately 11,200 FamilyMart stores across Japan.
The "AKB48 Group x T Card" is a collection of four different T Card designs, each featuring a member of AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, and HKT48. Customers can apply for a T Card featuring their favorite group design from AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, or HKT48. Additionally, T-Cards with credit functions designed by AKB48 group members will be issued by Orient Corporation and Pocket Card Co., Ltd.
In the future, we plan to provide a service that allows customers who have the "AKB48 Group x T Card" to receive original benefits. Details such as the original benefits and the design of the T Card with credit function will be announced as soon as they are decided.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of AKB48's formation, and T Point Japan will provide new value to customers through the "AKB48 Group x T Card" project, while holding various projects and events in the future.
The details of the "AKB48 Group x T Card" issued at TSUTAYA and FamilyMart are as follows:
