T-MEDIA Holdings Inc. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sakurai Toru; hereinafter referred to as "T-MEDIA"), a CCC Group company engaged in the Internet entertainment business, will begin a launch campaign for the "TSUTAYA Hikari" service on Thursday, March 12th, utilizing the "Hikari Collaboration Model," a wholesale optical fiber access service launched by NTT East and NTT West.

"TSUTAYA Hikari" is a high-speed optical fiber line service that allows you to comfortably enjoy optical fiber lines and the video streaming service "TSUTAYA TV"'s "Select Plan" (933 yen excluding tax) for free every month. In addition, customers currently using FLET'S Hikari with NTT East Japan can switch to this service with the same monthly fee (※1), no contract fee, and no additional construction costs (※2). Customers currently using FLET'S Hikari with NTT West can easily switch to this service with no contract fee and no additional construction costs (※2). In addition, we are running a campaign in which those who sign up for this service by the end of March will receive distribution points worth 1,540 yen every week (points will be awarded until the end of March 2015).

*1 Depending on the campaign applied to FLET'S Hikari and the FLET'S Hikari plan you are using, the monthly fee may not remain the same. Please check the amount you are currently paying before applying.
*2 If you relocate or change your contract details when switching, additional construction costs may be incurred.
