Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 24th, a resolution was passed regarding the management structure of CCC and its major subsidiaries as of April 1st, 2015, and at the subsequent General Meeting of Shareholders, directors and auditors were appointed to take office as of April 1st, 2015.
On December 1st of last year, CCC spun off its businesses into separate companies with the aim of accelerating the growth of each business and maximizing customer value creation, and CCC became an operating holding company that manages the group's intellectual capital. Under the new management structure, we will continue to propose organic new lifestyle ideas across the group through platforms such as entertainment, database marketing, and online services.
