MicroAd enters into capital and business alliance with subsidiary MicroAd Plus and CCC Marketing to strategically expand advertising distribution services utilizing T-Point data

MicroAd Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kentaro Watanabe; hereinafter referred to as MicroAd) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, MicroAd Plus Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Akinori Nishiyama; hereinafter referred to as MicroAd Plus), and CCC Marketing Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as CCC Marketing), a member of the CCC Group, have agreed to a capital and business alliance on March 31, 2015.

In December 2014, MicroAd formed a business partnership with CCC Marketing in the ad platform business, and in January 2015, began offering an ad distribution service using purchaser category data from physical stores held by the CCC Group through its DSP, "MicroAd BLADE," in pursuit of appropriate and efficient ad distribution. Additionally, MicroAd Plus is a strategic subsidiary of MicroAd, providing marketing support specializing in digital marketing.

Meanwhile, CCC Marketing is engaged in database marketing utilizing data from T-Point, Japan's largest shared points service, which has 52.78 million members and over 350,000 affiliated stores.

MicroAdPlus has now agreed to receive capital from CCC Marketing in order to strategically expand its advertising distribution services through this partnership.

MicroAd and CCC Marketing will continue to develop competitive new services that utilize T-Point data and pursue further improvements to existing services.
