(Head office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Harada Daisaku; hereinafter referred to as "Zawatt"), operator of the brand-name auction service "Smaoku," are pleased to announce that they have entered into a business partnership in the secondhand goods buying and selling business, and will begin jointly providing the "Live Auction" service from today, June 1st, on "T-SITE," an online entertainment and lifestyle information service operated by T-MEDIA.

Zawat, which operates Smaoku, is a company that won the Jury Special Award at the T-VENTURE PROGRAM, the first partnership and support program for venture companies run by the CCC Group, and is the first award-winning company to form a business partnership.
With this new service, we will offer T-SITE users the exciting auction experience of Smaoku, where they can buy and sell luxury brand items. This means that sellers of products on "Smaoku" can now promote their products to users of T-SITE's "Live Auction" without having to do any special work.
