CCC Group announces capital and business alliance with the first "T-VENTURE PROGRAM" venture company collaboration and support program

- CCC Group's first "T-VENTURE PROGRAM" collaboration and support program for venture companies: Jury Special Award, Capital and business alliance with Zawatt Inc. -

We are pleased to announce that T-MEDIA Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sakurai Toru; hereinafter, "the Company"), which oversees the online business of the Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "CCC") Group, and its Singapore-based subsidiary IMJ Investment Partners Pte. Ltd. (Location: Singapore; CEO: Horiguchi Yuji; hereinafter, "IMJIP"), have entered into a capital and business alliance with Zawatt Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "Zawatt"), winner of the Judges' Special Award at the first judging session of the T-VENTURE PROGRAM (hereinafter, "TVP"), a collaboration and support program for venture companies.

On June 1st, we announced a business partnership with Zawatt Inc. in the secondhand goods buying and selling business, and have begun jointly operating a "Live Auction" service on "T-SITE," an online service operated by our company that brings together entertainment and lifestyle information.

Additionally, IMJ-IP Open Innovation Fund I, a fund managed by IMJIP, a subsidiary of our company that invests in and supports venture companies primarily in Southeast Asia and Japan, has subscribed to new shares issued by Zawat through a third-party allotment.

Through "T-SITE," CCC Group is offering TVP, a program for competing with and supporting venture companies, in order to provide a wide range of services that support customers' lifestyles, not just in the entertainment field, which has been CCC Group's specialty. Starting with this capital and business alliance with Zawatt Inc., we will continue to partner with the first TVP award recipients. We also plan to hold the second TVP in 2015.

Through these efforts, we will continue to strive to create value at T-SITE that can meet the diverse tastes and preferences of our customers.
