-Excellent Award in the "T-VENTURE PROGRAM," a collaboration and support program for venture companies within the CCC Group-
T-MEDIA Holdings Co., Ltd. (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Sakurai Toru; hereinafter referred to as "T-MEDIA"), which oversees the internet business of the Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CCC") group, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a capital and business alliance agreement with One More Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "One More"), the operator of the crowdfunding site "GREEN FUNDING," which won the Excellence Award at the first judging session of the "T-VENTURE PROGRAM" (hereinafter referred to as "TVP"), a collaboration and support program for venture companies, held in January 2015.
Through this partnership, the name of the "GREEN FUNDING" service operated by OneMore will be changed to "GREEN FUNDING by T-SITE" and will combine the business assets of the CCC Group with the crowdfunding (※) know-how that One More has cultivated to develop a crowdfunding service that goes beyond fundraising purposes to become a comprehensive marketing solution.
With the start of this collaboration, projects that have successfully raised funds through "GREEN FUNDING by T-SITE" will be able to utilize real-world channels for marketing, such as holding product sales events at Daikanyama T-SITE, Shonan T-SITE, and TSUTAYA directly managed stores.
In addition, we will utilize the assets of "T-SITE," an online service that gathers entertainment and lifestyle information, to provide information on crowdfunding from around the world. GREEN MAGAZINE by T-SITE" has been newly launched. Through "GREEN MAGAZINE by T-SITE," we will help project initiators attract more customers by communicating the appeal of crowdfunded projects to a wider range of people.
Furthermore, as announced recently, the CCC Group's creator discovery support program, the "2015 TSUTAYA CREATORS' PROGRAM," will see the first of its "Film Creator Discovery" project, which will see the three best works selected at the final judging to be held on November 12, 2015. The program will seek financial support for production from T-members and other film fans through "GREEN FUNDING by T-SITE."
Taking advantage of this capital and business alliance, T-MEDIA and One More will use crowdfunding, which is attracting attention as a new business in the social media era, to support the realization of new projects, primarily in the entertainment field, and deliver better content to customers.

Details of the capital alliance
As a result of purchasing the shares held by existing shareholders and underwriting new shares through a third-party allotment, One More will become an equity-method affiliate of T-MEDIA. At the same time, T-MEDIA will dispatch one director.
