LIXIL Group and CCC agree to business partnership to provide "T Point" services

- Improving lifestyle proposal capabilities in the housing and living sector -

LIXIL Group Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshiaki Fujimori; hereinafter referred to as "LIXIL Group") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") have agreed to a business partnership to provide the "T Point" service operated by T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda) at each of the LIXIL Group's customer touchpoints*, with the aim of mutual cooperation between the two companies and enhancing their ability to offer lifestyle proposals to customers in the "living and lifestyle" sector.

*The two companies will continue to discuss and consider specific partners in the future.

LIXIL Group is a comprehensive housing and lifestyle company that provides a wide range of products and services related to housing and lifestyles, from the manufacture and sale of building materials and equipment for homes and buildings to housing franchises and real estate businesses, under the vision of "contributing to a rich and comfortable future for people around the world."
CCC's concept is to create "an environment that makes people and the world more fun and happy - a culture infrastructure" - by continuing to propose new lifestyles. We create projects that bring new life to people, such as "TSUTAYA," "Tsutaya Bookstore," "T Card," and "T Points."In particular, "T Points" is the largest shared points service in Japan, with 54.31 million active unique users (one in three Japanese people) using it daily, and 125 companies and 393,210 stores participating.

* As of the end of June 2015, the number of active unique members is the number of active members who have used T Cards in the past year, and those who have multiple cards are counted as one unique member.

The LIXIL Group aims to further improve its services to help customers live richer and more comfortable lives, while CCC aims to strengthen its "housing" aspect of "food, clothing, and shelter," thereby providing services that will be supported and satisfied by an even wider range of generations. This is why they have decided to enter into a business partnership.

The two companies will continue to discuss and consider the details of the business alliance, and will work to further strengthen their relationship in order to improve the value of services to customers. Specifically, we plan to start offering the T Point service for various LIXIL Group services around the end of 2015.
