Business partnership between "ENEOS Denki" and "T Points"

JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation (President and CEO: Sugimori Tsutomu, hereinafter "JX Energy") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki, hereinafter "TPJ") are pleased to announce that they have decided to introduce "T Points" as a points service for "ENEOS Denki," a residential electricity service that JX Energy plans to sell in the Tokyo Electric Power Company service area from April 2016.

"T Points" is a common points service used by 54.77 million people (active unique number*) nationwide. Customers will be able to accumulate "T Points" based on the "ENEOS Electricity" charges they pay, and can use the accumulated "T Points" at over 390,000 "T Point" partner stores nationwide, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, when purchasing products and services.

In 2003, JX Energy and TPJ began awarding T Points to customers who present their T Card at ENEOS service stations operated by JX Energy or who pay with a T Card with credit function. In addition, since 2012, we have begun issuing a cash membership card called the "ENEOS T Card," which not only allows customers to refuel at the ENEOS Card member price, but also allows them to earn and use T Points when refueling, washing their car, changing their oil, having their car inspected, etc. Through this partnership, the two companies will consider specific measures to provide highly convenient services not only to customers of ENEOS service stations, but also to ENEOS Denki customers.

*As of the end of July 2015. The number of members is calculated by counting those who have used T Points in the past year (active members) and who have multiple T Cards as one person (unique members).
