Tobu Store to launch T-Point service from September 24th

- Pre-issuance of T Cards begins September 17, 2015 -

Tobu Store Co., Ltd. (Head office: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Niwa Shigemi; hereinafter referred to as "Tobu Store") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") will launch the T Point service at 57 Tobu Store supermarkets, including "Tobu Store," "Mine," and "Fuente," from September 24, 2015. In addition, we will begin pre-issuing T Cards from September 17, 2015.

Starting September 24, 2015, T-Card holders can earn 1 T-Point for every 200 yen (excluding tax and discounts) spent at Tobu Stores, and the earned T-Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. In addition, for customers who do not have a T-Card, applications for a T-Card with an original Tobu Store design will be accepted at Tobu Store locations. Tobu Store will be holding a campaign to commemorate the launch of the T Point service from October 1, 2015.

In addition, Nishikoku Mine and Kazo Mine will be the first stores to issue T cards from Thursday, September 3rd and start the T point service from Thursday, September 10th, while the Azusawa store will issue T cards from Thursday, August 20th and start the T point service from Friday, September 11th.

* Excluded products and services: stamps, revenue stamps, postcards, cigarettes, gift certificates, telephone cards, tickets, delivery fees, copy fees, bottled water, alterations, photocopying, newspapers, regionally designated garbage bags, and other products not paid for at Tobu Store POS registers (specialty stores, etc.).
■T-point award rate: 1 point for every 200 yen (excluding tax and discounts)
■T point usage rate: 1 point = 1 yen

[About Tobu Store Point Cards]
With the introduction of the T Point service, the Tobu Store Point Card will be discontinued. Tobu Store Point Cards will continue to accumulate points until the day before the start of the T Point service, and accumulated points can be used to issue a 500 yen shopping voucher for every 500 points until August 31, 2015, and from September 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, 1 point = 1 yen when shopping at Tobu Stores. In addition, 500 yen shopping vouchers can be used until their expiration date.
