Tobu Store launches electronic money "T Money" as a first for a food supermarket!

Tobu Store Co., Ltd. (Head office: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Niwa Shigemi; hereinafter referred to as "Tobu Store") and T-Money Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Natsume Eiji; hereinafter referred to as "T-Money"), which operates the electronic money service "T-Money" in the CCC Group, will be the first food supermarket to start accepting electronic money "T-Money" at all "Tobu Store," "Mine," and "Fuente" stores from November 25, 2015.

Tobu Store introduced the common points service "T Points" on September 24, 2015, and many customers have been using T Cards. As awareness of "T Card at Tobu Store" grows, we aim to further improve customer convenience by offering "T Money" as a service that allows customers to accumulate and use points and make payments with just one T Card.

"T Money" is a prepaid electronic money service that adds electronic money functionality to the T Card. No special procedures are required, and you can simply load cash onto your existing T-Card. The charged T Money can be used at approximately 13,000 T Money affiliated stores, including Tobu Store. You can also earn T Points based on the amount of your T Money payments, making this a great service that allows you to earn double T Points: shopping points and payment points.

To commemorate the launch of the T Money service, Tobu Store is also planning to hold a T Money campaign starting November 25th.

Tobu Store and T Money will continue to provide services that satisfy and gain the support of customers who use T Cards on a daily basis.

・Charge amount: In 1,000 yen increments, up to a maximum balance of 30,000 yen

・T-Points: 1 T-Point will be awarded for every 500 yen (tax included) spent on T-Money in a month.
・T Money expiration date: 10 years from the last date of use of T Money
・T-Money member stores: 57 Tobu Store, Mine, and Fuente stores, 11,476 Family Mart stores, 1,451 TSUTAYA stores, 190 Drug Eleven stores, 165 Yutaka Pharmacy stores, 43 Drugstore Mac stores, and 1 Tokyo One Piece Tower (as of October 2015)
