- Aiming to expand T-Point services and strengthen CRM within Ibaraki Prefecture -

We are pleased to announce that the Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda, hereinafter referred to as "CCC") Group and Wonder Corporation Inc. (Head office: Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture; President and CEO: Takaaki Kusaka, hereinafter referred to as "Wonder Corporation") Group companies have today signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the establishment of a new company and the introduction of the T-Point service.

1. Purpose of the Basic Agreement
As "regional revitalization," which promotes the sustainable development of each region of Japan, gains momentum in recent years, CCC Group and Wonder Corporation aim to further expand and evolve T-Point, Japan's largest shared points service, as a service rooted in local life in Ibaraki Prefecture.

2. Details of the basic agreement
(1) Establishment of a new company for T-Point sales and CRM
TSUTAYA Co., Ltd., a member of the CCC Group, and Wonder Corporation will establish a joint venture company to handle sales collaboration for the introduction of the T-Point service to small and medium-sized stores in Ibaraki Prefecture, as well as to promote CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategies. The two companies plan to continue discussing the details of the joint venture. We will announce the specific details as soon as they are decided after further consideration.
(2) Introduction of T-Point service at Wonder Corporation and Shinseido
T Point Japan Co., Ltd., a member of the CCC Group, Wonder Corporation, and Shinseido Co., Ltd., a Wonder Corporation group company, are introducing the T Point service to Wonder Corporation's "WonderGOO" and Shinseido Co., Ltd.'s "Shinseido" with the aim of further improving convenience and services for customers of both companies. The introduction of the T-Point service is scheduled for next spring or later.
