TSUTAYA Co., Ltd., which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will be issuing T Cards in collaboration with the anime "Sailor Moon Crystal," based on the original work by Naoko Takeuchi, and T Cards (Sailor Moon Crystal design) at TSUTAYA stores from Monday, December 21, 2015.
Currently running its 20th anniversary project, "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" is becoming increasingly popular with people of all ages, with the development of products that appeal to adult women, limited-time shops in major department stores, and even a live-action version of Sailor Moon appearing as an adult in a TV commercial. This T-Card features silhouettes of Sailor Soldiers so that people can relate to the characters they hold in their hearts. Furthermore, next year we plan to issue a T-Card with a credit function featuring the design of the third season of the anime "Sailor Moon Crystal" (Death Busters Arc), and we will continue to provide services that meet your expectations.
Additionally, starting Tuesday, December 1st, 2015, TSUTAYA's satellite shop, which sells anime-related goods, will be selling "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal x TSUTAYA BOOKS collaboration items," including goods featuring art-style illustrations of the Sailor Soldiers created specifically for this fair. (Some items are exclusive to TSUTAYA)

This is a shojo manga written by Takeuchi Naoko that began serialization in 1992 in the monthly magazine Nakayoshi (published by Kodansha), which celebrated its 60th anniversary this year. The original manga has been translated into 17 languages, the animated series has been broadcast in over 40 countries, and it has also been adapted into a TV drama and a musical, becoming a social phenomenon.
The 20th anniversary project began in 2012. In September 2013, the musical was performed for the first time in eight years, and in January 2015, the musical's first overseas performance was held in Shanghai. The latest production will be performed in Tokyo in September 2015 and in Osaka in October. The new anime "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal" will be broadcast on terrestrial television and other channels from April to September 2015, and a third season, "Death Busters Arc," has also been announced. The original comic "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Complete Edition" is also on sale now.
