- Expanding services for Aomori Bank's individual customers -
Aomori Bank Ltd. (Head office: Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture; President and CEO: Susumu Narita; hereinafter referred to as "Aomori Bank") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") are pleased to announce that they have entered into a business partnership to introduce the T Point service as part of Aomori Bank's services for individual customers. This partnership is the first of its kind among regional banks in the Tohoku and Hokkaido areas.
As a leading bank in the region, Aomori Bank is committed to improving regional financial services. The decision to introduce the T-Point service is one of measures to improve regional financial services, with the aim of providing new financial services that take into account customers' lifestyles.
T Points, operated by T Point Japan, is a common points service used by 57.07 million people nationwide (number of members after name matching), and can be accumulated and used in a wide range of areas closely related to daily life at approximately 490,000 stores operated by 132 companies across the real world and the internet, including FamilyMart, ENEOS, TSUTAYA, Gusto, SoftBank Mobile, and Yahoo! Shopping.
In Aomori Prefecture, where Aomori Bank has its head office, there are 520,000 T Card users, or 38.8% of the prefecture's population, and T Points can be used at 347 stores. Aomori Bank's new T Point service allows you to earn T Points through salary transfers and loan transactions, and will begin on March 1, 2016.
Aomori Bank and T Point Japan aim to contribute to the development of the region and further improve customer satisfaction through the T Point service.
Aomori Bank T-Point Service Overview
■Service start date: Tuesday, March 1, 2016
■ First points awarded: Late May 2016
■ Eligible products and T-points awarded:
(1) Earn 250 points when you designate a new salary transfer account
(2) 10 points per month for continued direct deposit of salary, 20 points per month for 5 years or more
(3) 1,000 points for new mortgage contracts
(4) 50 points per month for continuing your mortgage transaction, and 100 points per month for continuing for 5 years or more
(5) 500 points for new card loan contracts

■How to enter:
(1) In-store reception method
Entries will be accepted in-store starting Tuesday, March 1, 2016.
(2) Website reception method
Entries will also be accepted on the Aomori Bank website from Friday, April 1, 2016.

We are running a "Freshman Campaign" from Tuesday, March 1, 2016 to Tuesday, May 31, 2016. If you apply for one of the following transactions at the same time as specifying a new payroll transfer during the campaign period, you will receive an additional 250 T-Points.
