T-MEDIA Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nakanishi Kazuo; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which oversees the online business of the CCC Group, is pleased to announce that the "TSUTAYA TV INDEPENDENT FILM PROGRAM (hereinafter referred to as "TIP")" will be streaming six diverse films on "TSUTAYA TV," a program run by T-MEDIA Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nakanishi Kazuo; hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), which accepts submissions of original, non-commercially released video works (including independently produced films) and distributes them on "TSUTAYA TV." The program will include "Time Connecting Tree - KAYANO 4 STORIES," a film made by four sixth graders to commemorate their graduation, directed by the youngest director in history, and "Rebirth," a 20-minute film that won the Chichibu Tourism Film Award at the Chichibu Film Festival 2014.

*Only "Toki Tsunagi ~KAYANO 4 STORIES~" will be available for streaming from Friday, April 1st. The other five works are currently available.

TIP is a program that allows video creators who do not have the means to reach customers to deliver their original video works to people across the country through "TSUTAYA TV" with just a few simple procedures. There are no restrictions on whether the work is live-action or animated, whether professional or amateur, or on the applicant's age, gender, nationality, or educational background. Any work longer than one minute can be submitted, and a portion of the viewing fees for original video works viewed on "TSUTAYA TV" will be returned to the video creators.

Through TIP, the CCC Group aims to develop and revitalize Japanese cinema by discovering new talent that will support the future of the film industry and delivering new films to film fans.
