In 2013, T-Point Japan was the first to undertake full-scale live internet broadcasting of the Japan Women's Professional Golf Regular Tour, and has since pursued "a new way to enjoy golf that has never been seen before."The theme of this live webcast was "Slow & Zoom," and a pro tracer capable of trajectory analysis was installed on the short hole, allowing viewers to visually understand how to attack the ball over short distances. We also provided ultra-slow motion footage taken with a high-speed camera capable of shooting 2,500 frames per second. Other features included footage of 53 consecutive driver shots on the first hole in the order they were teeing off, footage of off-season training sessions of players that golf fans are interested in, an introduction to their favorite gear, commentators making live phone calls to professional golfers from the broadcast booth, and two-way communication using Twitter, with those whose tweets were selected saying things like, "Thank you for reading my Twitter, Uesugi-san. We received a tweet saying, "Thank you Nakai-san for your encouraging response," and we delivered content that took advantage of the unique features of online broadcasting.

This tournament featured many dramatic moments, including Kim Ha-neul's hole-in-one on the 17th hole on the second day of qualifying, the impressive performance of amateur Yamaguchi Suzuna, and the brilliant play of Lee Bo-mi, playing her final match before heading to the United States. In the final round, it was a close race where it was unclear which player would win, but in the end, Oe Kaori made a perfect recovery and won the championship trophy. On Twitter, he wrote, "It's great to hear the athletes' real voices, such as in their winner's speeches, as it gives you a sense of their humanity. That's one of the good things about live broadcasting. We received comments such as, "It was so fun to watch it!" and we believe that the "live feeling" that can only be achieved through internet broadcasting led to one in two people watching for three consecutive days.

T Point Japan will continue to aim to allow many people to experience the true essence of sports - the wonderful emotion of "moving people's hearts" - and to propose a new lifestyle through sports.

I found it really difficult to communicate because who is watching and what information they want changes every year. It's difficult to synchronize what you want to show with what the camera is showing, but I've gotten much better at it. I feel that the differences between internet broadcasting, satellite broadcasting, and terrestrial broadcasting need to be made clearer.

I am honored to be invited again this year, as I was last year. I learned a lot from participating in the internet broadcast with everyone, and at the same time, I wanted to approach the issue with a broader range of knowledge.

Now in its fourth year, live broadcasting of the tournament over the internet has become a common practice. I think the fact that many people, including players and people involved, tweeted and provided information while watching the program is the best part of using the Internet, a tool that has never been used before. I also think that people are satisfied with the fact that we are thorough with our "LIVE" and are open and willing to show everything, both the good and the bad.

I believe that internet broadcasting is a tool that can convey how much fun golf can be. I think the great thing about internet broadcasting is that it helps viewers understand just how much fun golf can be. I am honored to have been able to share the wonderful drama that the players showed on the field.

For me it's a once a year festival, so I had a great time during the three days. I think we were able to bring out the true faces of the commentators and guests. The tour featured players with a variety of personalities, and I think it was great that we were able to bring out their natural selves.
