LIXIL Group Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshiaki Fujimori; hereinafter referred to as "LIXIL Group") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") are pleased to announce that they will be introducing the "T Point" service to products and services offered by LIXIL Group companies: LIXIL Corporation, LIXIL Housing Research Institute Co., Ltd., LIXIL Realty Corporation, LIXIL Home Finance Corporation, and LIXIL Living Solutions Corporation, starting in April 2016*1.
*1: LIXIL Realty Corporation began offering the service in May 2016
Since last year, LIXIL Group and T Point Japan have been in discussions to provide specific "T Point" services. The T Points service will now be available for a variety of purposes, including points awarded when visiting LIXIL showrooms (95 locations nationwide) or requesting a quote, points awarded for renovation work at LIXIL Group franchise and voluntary organizations*2 (LIXIL Reform Shop, LIXIL Reform Net, Aiful Home, Fierce Home, GL Home, ERA Japan), points awarded when visiting ERA Japan or signing a rental contract, refinancing with LIXIL Home Finance, and registering as a member or posting on the Home Recipe community site (HOMEPAD).
*2: Some stores are not eligible. As of April 2016, the number of T-Point affiliated stores in the LIXIL Group is approximately 940.
In addition, T-Point partner stores such as LIXIL showrooms, LIXIL Reform Shops, and LIXIL Reform Net offer T-Cards with original LIXIL designs for customers who do not have a T-Card.
The LIXIL Group aims to further improve its services to help customers live richer and more comfortable lives, and T Point Japan will strengthen its "living" portion of the "food, clothing, and housing" sphere, thereby providing services that will be supported and satisfied by an even wider range of generations.
■About the LIXIL Group's "T Point" service
*Points will be awarded for visiting the LIXIL showroom or ERA Japan store once per day, per group.
Also, even if you request quotes for multiple products, points will only be awarded once on the same day, and points will not be awarded for quote requests by phone, fax, etc.
