In conjunction with this, we will begin selling TICKETs for a Matsuoka Museum of Art original tote bag set exclusively for T-TICKET from Friday, April 1, 2016.

The Matsuoka Museum of Art is a private art museum located in Shirokanedai, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Since its founding, the museum has consistently exhibited only works collected by its founder, Seijiro Matsuoka, in both its permanent and special exhibitions. This is based on the founder, Seijiro Matsuoka's policy that "a private art museum should be a place that expresses the founder's personal aesthetic sense and discerning eye for beauty."The museum's collection is more diverse than that of other private art museums, and includes such areas as "Oriental Ceramics," "Modern and Contemporary Japanese Paintings," "Chinese Calligraphy and Paintings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties," "Modern French Paintings," "Victorian Paintings," "Ancient Oriental Sculptures such as Gandhara Buddha Statues and Hindu God Statues," "Contemporary Sculpture," and "Ancient Oriental Art." The museum holds exhibitions several times a year, with themes selected from its collection of over 1,800 pieces to fit each theme.
