Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 22nd, a resolution was passed regarding the management structure of CCC and its major subsidiaries as of April 1st, 2016, and at the subsequent General Meeting of Shareholders, directors and auditors were appointed to take office as of April 1st, 2016.

In the entertainment business, which is the core of the group, from April 1, 2016, T-MEDIA Holdings Co., Ltd., an internet business company, will be integrated into TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. in order to create new customer value by combining internet business with brick-and-mortar store services. Furthermore, we will incorporate regional companies and supply and distribution businesses in Hokkaido, Kyushu, and Chugoku-Shikoku to enable decision-making on a regional basis and provide attentive customer service.

The CCC Group will continue to strive to be a planning company that creates customer value in a speedy, detailed, and dynamic manner.
