(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") are pleased to announce that Rental Information has begun offering the T-POINT service on its new rental information site, "Point Get Rental," following Rental Information's winning the "T-POINT Award" in the "T-VENTURE PROGRAM," a support program for venture companies implemented by CCC in January 2015.

"Point Get Rental" is a great rental information site that lists over 1 million rental properties across Japan, and if you rent a room through the site, you can receive over 13,000 T-POINT as a housewarming gift. The site will be developed and operated by Rental Information, with CCC handling promotion. The goal for the first year is to help 10,000 people move, and going forward, the company plans to offer beneficial lifestyle suggestions to the 57.92 million T-POINT users as they start a new life or move.

"Point Get Rental" Service Overview
■Service start date: April 22, 2016 *Pre-opening from April 15

■ Points awarded: If you sign a contract for a property you inquired about through the site, or if you are introduced to a different property by a real estate company you inquired about through the site and sign a contract for it, you will be awarded 13,000 or more T-POINT depending on the property you signed up for.
