(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") is pleased to announce that it has significantly revamped the member benefits of "T-CARD PLUS (issued by TSUTAYA)," a T-CARD with credit function issued at TSUTAYA stores nationwide.

With this renewal, we have significantly revised the benefits based on the concept of "the most advantageous card at TSUTAYA." In particular, with regards to the points service, by presenting your "T-CARD PLUS" when renting or shopping at TSUTAYA, anyone can earn three times the usual number of points, "3 points for every 200 yen," regardless of the payment method. In addition, to satisfy as many customers as possible, we have made the card's annual fee completely free.

Earn triple T-POINT anytime at TSUTAYA!

If you present your T-CARD PLUS when renting or shopping at TSUTAYA, you will earn three times the usual amount of T-POINT (1.5%), or 3 points for every 200 yen, regardless of the payment method (cash or card). Furthermore, if you pay by credit card, you will receive 4 times the points (2%), which is an additional 1x, meaning you will receive 4 points for every 200 yen spent. In addition, the TSUTAYA Rank Up Service (commonly known as Tsutarank) is also eligible for point rewards, and if you pay by credit card, you will receive 5 times the T-POINT if your Tsutarank is silver, and up to 6 times the T-POINT (3%) if your Tsutarank is gold.

Annual fee is completely free!

The previous "T-CARD PLUS" was free for the first year, and from the following year an annual fee of 500 yen was charged (if no annual card payments were made), but with the new card, the annual fee is now completely free for new issues.
