Nobeoka City in Miyazaki Prefecture plans to open a complex in March 2018 to improve the transport hub function around Nobeoka Station and to create a lively downtown area. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda, hereinafter referred to as CCC) has been selected to manage and operate the complex as the designated manager.

The new complex being built by Nobeoka City will promote civic activities and encourage local interaction, as well as provide access to books and other materials, food and drink, collect and provide information on local specialties and city government, create a place where parents can gather and interact with their children, and provide a waiting area for passengers, thereby enhancing the facility's lively atmosphere and waiting functions.

Utilizing the book and cafe know-how it has cultivated since 2003, CCC will propose ways to create a place where people can gather, such as by introducing a bookstore where customers can come into contact with the latest lifestyle information. We will also propose creating a space that will enhance the communication and civic activities that arise when people gather together, such as by creating a kids' zone to create an environment that families can use without hesitation, holding a market focusing on local products, and displaying and selling local specialties to provide a place where visitors can learn about the good things that Nobeoka has to offer.

A complex facility that can be used by Nobeoka residents 365 days a year. It is scheduled to open in March 2018.
