Lotte Duty Free JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Jang Seong-wook; hereinafter referred to as "Lotte Duty Free") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO and COO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") are pleased to announce that they have signed a new T-POINT Program agreement and have launched the T-POINT service at the Lotte Duty Free Ginza store located in Tokyu Plaza Ginza in the Sukiyabashi district of Ginza.

Since July 2014, Lotte Duty Free has been offering the T-POINT service at five Lotte Duty Free stores in Korea, Guam, and Japan (Kansai International Airport store), and awareness of the service is spreading among many Japanese travelers, who believe that "you can earn and use T-POINT at duty-free stores!" This summer, due to the impact of the strong yen and the waiver of fuel surcharges, an increase in the number of Japanese people traveling abroad is expected. Therefore, just before the Obon holiday period begins, we have decided to launch the T-POINT service at Lotte Duty Free Ginza, our flagship store in Japan, which stocks over 150 brand-name products.

To celebrate the launch of the T-POINT service, Lotte Duty Free Ginza will be running a campaign until September 30th in which all customers who use 1,000 T-POINT to make a purchase will receive a 200 yen voucher.

Lotte Duty Free and T Point Japan hope that the launch of the T-POINT service at Lotte Duty Free Ginza will encourage more T-CARD holders to use Lotte Duty Free.

■Service start date: Monday, August 1, 2016
■ T-POINT awarded: 1 point for every 200 yen paid in Japanese yen
Use T-POINT: 1 point = 1 yen, so 500 points can be exchanged for a 500 yen Lotte gift certificate, and 1,000 points can be exchanged for a 1,000 yen Lotte gift certificate.
■Applicable services: All products sold at Lotte Duty Free Shop

*You can purchase this ticket if you have a plane ticket and passport for departure from Haneda Airport or Narita Airport within the next 30 days.
*You can pick up your items at the duty-free store pickup counters in Haneda and Narita airports.
