--"Habits of people who can't achieve their goals, and habits of people who can"-

TSUTAYA Business College, operated by TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and COO: Kazuo Nakanishi / hereinafter referred to as "TSUTAYA"), which operates 1,478 TSUTAYA stores nationwide, is pleased to announce that the 5th "TSUTAYA Business College Collection," a business seminar to innovate learning, will be held over two days, October 9th (Tokyo) and November 12th (Osaka), featuring Takashi Harada.

Since 2015, TSUTAYA Business College has been hosting the TSUTAYA Business College Collection (TBCC), a new large-scale business seminar project featuring popular business leaders, educators, investors, and entrepreneurs active both in Japan and overseas, to provide an opportunity for younger people in their 20s and 30s who are interested in learning to attend lectures in person.

The 5th TBCC will be held in Tokyo on Sunday, October 9th and in Osaka on Saturday, November 12th, with Takashi Harada, who has also taught Shohei Ohtani of the Nippon Ham Fighters and former Japan national rugby player Ayumu Goromaru, as the guest speaker!

This marks the fifth time the event has been held, and the guest lecturer will be Takashi Harada, creator of the Harada Method/Harada-style Mental Training. This method is known to have been learned by players such as Shohei Ohtani of the Nippon Ham Fighters, who contributed to the team's Pacific League victory this year, and former Japanese rugby player Ayumu Goromaru.

Shohei Ohtani of the Nippon Ham Fighters learned Mandala, a tool of the Harada Method, at Hanamaki Higashi High School and the Nippon Ham Fighters, while Ayumu Goromaru learned the Harada-style mental training introduced by his Yamaha club.

In order to make this lecture accessible to younger generations, the lecturer will explain in an easy-to-understand manner the simple steps for developing habits that have been put into practice by players who have actually achieved their goals, such as Shohei Ohtani and Goromaru.
