One More Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takehiko Numata; hereinafter referred to as "One More") and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") are pleased to announce that they have introduced the T-POINT service on "GREEN FUNDING by T-SITE," a crowdfunding site operated by One More, and that from November 10th, they have begun full-scale support for crowdfunding projects using T-POINT.
One More received the "Excellence Award" in the T-VENTURE PROGRAM, a support program for venture companies run by CCC, and has had a capital and business partnership with CCC since July 2015.
The crowdfunding site "GREEN FUNDING by T-SITE" will provide a system that allows T-POINT, which are used by 60.5 million people, to be used for support, providing a new way to match supporters with startups thriving in IoT and design products, creators of films, publishing, music, and design goods, as well as social players such as NPOs, and supporting fundraising.
Additionally, by carrying out marketing activities such as purchasing products after manufacturing and developing sales channels and promotion strategies at TSUTAYA, which has approximately 1,479 stores nationwide, we will provide a means to deliver the products and content created through crowdfunding projects to more customers.
Going forward, the CCC Group will continue to provide one-stop support to project initiators attempting crowdfunding, from soliciting project backers to sales support, thereby enriching our customers' lives and providing them with the excitement of discovering new things.
Overview of GREEN FUNDING by T-SITE
This is a crowdfunding site operated by One More Co., Ltd. and operated by the CCC Group, which operates 1,479 TSUTAYA entertainment stores nationwide.
It lists projects in a variety of genres, including products, movies, publishing, and music, and currently has 35 partners who have helped raise a total of over 600 million yen for over 520 projects since its launch in April 2013.
