-Basic agreement reached on the use of T-POINT in advertising services-

Kanamic Network Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takuma Yamamoto; hereinafter referred to as "Kanamic Network") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO and COO: Kazuhiko Kitamura; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") have signed an agreement to introduce the T-POINT Program to Kanamic Network. We would also like to inform you that we have reached a basic agreement regarding the use of T-POINT in advertising services provided by Kanamic Network.

As Japan is becoming a super-aging society ahead of the rest of the world, Kanamic Network is providing a variety of services in the nursing and medical fields to help build a society that Japan can be proud of as a long-lived nation and realize a future where not only the elderly but also the generation that supports them can smile. Meanwhile, T Point Japan operates "T-POINT," Japan's largest common points service, which is used by 60.5 million people, or half of the Japanese population, and can be used in all aspects of daily life, including convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, clothing stores, electronics retailers, mobile phones, online shopping, and electricity, at over 560,000 stores across 156 companies nationwide.

With the signing of this agreement, Kanamic Network and T Point Japan will introduce the T-POINT service to Kanamic Cloud Service, a business support service for medical and nursing care workers provided by Kanamic Network. Details of the service will be announced as soon as they are decided.

In addition, the two companies have also reached a basic agreement to utilize T-POINT in the advertising services offered by Kanamic Cloud Service, and will continue to hold discussions and consider a business partnership to position Kanamic Cloud Service as a service with greater customer value in the nursing care and medical fields.

Through this initiative, Kanamic Network and T Point Japan will propose new lifestyles to customers of all ages by combining medical, nursing care, and health information with T-POINT.
