TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President and COO: Kazuo Nakanishi / hereinafter referred to as "TSUTAYA"), which operates TSUTAYA stores nationwide, will be holding a "Costume Photo Session" with Danbo, the popular character from the hugely popular manga series "Yotsuba&!", which has sold over 13 million copies, in stores, and will be launching a campaign on Saturday, December 3, 2016, where customers can win luxurious prizes. In addition, the TSUTAYA/EDION limited edition product "Revoltech Danbo Mini (T-CARD x Danbo ver.)" will go on sale from Tuesday, December 6th.

Starting last November, TSUTAYA stores nationwide began issuing T-CARD (Danbo design) featuring the face of Danbo, a character from the manga "Yotsuba&!" (Publisher: KADOKAWA Corporation ASCII Media Works; total circulation: 13 million copies), which depicts the everyday life of a slightly eccentric girl and the people around her. He has gained immense popularity among customers in their teens and twenties, and since the release of the character-designed T-CARD, he has become one of the top three most popular comic book characters.
Also, this winter, TSUTAYA stores nationwide will be hosting a "Life-size Danbo Costume Photo Session," where a life-size Danbo will come to the stores. The Danbo you can meet at TSUTAYA this time has been faithfully recreated to the original with great care, making it a must-see for fans.
In addition, we will be running a campaign where if you take a photo with Danbo and post it on Twitter or Instagram to fulfill the entry requirements, you will be entered into a chance to win original merchandise on a first-come, first-served basis.
The purpose of this event is to provide fans with an enjoyable time to further connect with each other through the experience of a "life-size Danbo costume photo session" from the world of "Yotsuba&!", as well as through interactions on Twitter and Instagram.
