CCC Marketing Co., Ltd.
CCC Marketing Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Noriyuki Takeda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC Marketing") is pleased to announce that as of today, it has established a joint venture with Autobacs Seven Co., Ltd. (Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kiomi Kobayashi; hereinafter referred to as "Autobacs Seven"), as stated in the "Basic Agreement with Autobacs Seven Co., Ltd." announced on October 31, 2016.
Note
1. Purpose of establishing the joint venture
The aim is to combine the business resources of both companies, namely AUTOBACS's customer base of 15 million people and car lifestyle know-how, and CCC Group's customer base of 61.56 million people* and its ability to propose lifestyle ideas, to build a database service centered on car lifestyles and to implement marketing services.
*As of the end of January 2017, the number of T members who have used the service in one year (aggregated)
