Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 31, 2017, a resolution was passed regarding the management structure of CCC and its major subsidiaries as of April 1, 2017, and at the subsequent General Meeting of Shareholders, directors and auditors were appointed to take office as of April 1, 2017.

Starting April 1, 2017, TSUTAYA Co., Ltd., the core of the CCC Group's entertainment business, will incorporate its Kansai and Tohoku regional companies and store system implementation support, operation, and maintenance businesses to enable decision-making on a regional basis and provide attentive customer service.

The CCC Group will continue to strive to be a planning company that creates value for customers in a speedy and detailed manner.
