Introduction of T-Point Service at Kirayaka Bank

Following the recent business partnership agreement, Kirayaka Bank Ltd. (Head office: Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture; President: Awano Manabu) and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kitamura Kazuhiko) will begin offering the T Point service for transactions at Kirayaka Bank from Thursday, June 1, 2017.

T Points are used by 62.77 million people (as of the end of April 2017, the number of members who used the service for one year after name aggregation), which is equivalent to one in two people in Japan. T Points are the largest common points service in Japan and can be used in all aspects of daily life, including convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, clothing stores, electronics retailers, mobile phones, online shopping, and electricity, at a total of 670,000 stores from 170 companies.
In Yamagata Prefecture, where Kirayaka Bank has its head office, there are 400,000 T-Card users, or 36.1% of the prefecture's population, and T-Points can be used at 448 stores.


T Points will be awarded to customers who make the following eligible transactions at Kirayaka Bank.

Thursday, June 1, 2017

(2) New points

New Transactions Points awarded
Specify your salary transfer account 300 points
Property accumulation deposit contract 200 points
New personal loan 500 points
New card loan 500 points
New credit card contract 200 points

(3) Continuation points

Continuing business Points awarded
Specify your salary transfer account 10 points per month
Property savings deposit 10 points per month
Personal loan borrowing 20 points per month
Card loan borrowing 20 points per month
Credit card contract 10 points per month

*For personal loans and card loans, the applicable period is the loan period.
*For credit card contracts, the applicable period is the period during which you hold the credit card.

(4) Application method
To earn T Points, you must apply for T Points using the application form on the Kirayaka Bank website after making an eligible transaction. Applications for T-Points will be accepted on the Kirayaka Bank website starting Thursday, June 1, 2017.
