ーStarting September 1st, you can earn and use T-POINT at "Happy Drug"! You can also use T-MONEY!ー

Marudai Sakurai Pharmacy Co., Ltd. (Head office: Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture; President and CEO: Kiyoshi Sakurai) and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya Ward, Tokyo; President and COO: Kazuhiko Kitamura) have partnered to introduce the common points service "T-POINT" and electronic money service "T-MONEY" at drug stores operated by Marudai Sakurai Pharmacy. We would like to inform you that Happy Drug will begin offering T-POINT and T-MONEY from September 1, 2017.

Happy Drug customers can earn 1 T-POINT for every 108 yen (tax included) spent by presenting their T-CARD when shopping at the store. Accumulated T-POINT can be used for shopping at Happy Drug, with 1 point equaling 1 yen, as well as at T-POINT partner stores such as convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations within Aomori Prefecture. T-MONEY is a prepaid electronic money service that adds electronic money functionality to the T-CARD. If you charge cash to your current T-CARD, you can use it at T-MONEY affiliated stores in Aomori Prefecture, including Happy Drug. With just one T-CARD, you can earn double points, both shopping points and payment points.

Marudai Sakurai Pharmacy will switch its own point service, "Hapimaru Points," to the shared point service, "T-POINT," in order to increase store usage by "Happy Drug" customers. The company also aims to attract new customers by implementing measures to encourage the 450,000 T members, who account for 34.4% of Aomori's population, to visit "Happy Drug" stores.

Marudai Sakurai Pharmacy and T Point Japan will continue to strive to provide even more satisfying services to meet the needs of customers living in Aomori and the local community.
