- Earn T-points when you walk with the walking app "aruku&"! -

Mapion Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nakao Mitsuhiro; hereinafter referred to as "Mapion") and T Point Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Kitamura Kazuhiko; hereinafter referred to as "T Point Japan") will launch a health points program on November 1, 2017.

This initiative is a service that links T Points with the walking app "aruku&" provided by Mapion, and allows users to earn T Points by achieving their target number of steps using "aruku&."Accumulated T Points can be used at T Point partner stores nationwide.

Mapion's "aruku&" is a walking app developed with the concept of "every step you take becomes a treasure."By using gamification and providing incentives, the service aims to help users continue to enjoy walking, thereby revitalizing people and communities in Japan.

In response to the recent rise in health consciousness, Mapion and T Point Japan have decided to launch a health points program with the aim of promoting the health of customers who use the services of both companies and improving customer satisfaction with "aruku&" and T Points. Going forward, we will encourage T Point partner companies to participate in the "aruku&" service, and aim to expand the service menu for accumulating T Points within "aruku&," while also supporting the health and productivity management of T Point partner companies.

To commemorate the launch of the Health Points Program, we will be holding a "T Point Service Launch Commemorative Campaign" from November 1st.

Mapion and T Point Japan hope that by providing a service through "aruku&" that allows users to accumulate T Points the more they walk to the 64.43 million T members (active uniques), which accounts for one in two people in Japan, it will encourage them to improve their daily health. In addition, the two companies will deepen their collaboration in the future to provide services that support local government health promotion measures, health point programs, and corporate health management.

Overview of the T-Point service at "aruku&"

■ Service start date: Wednesday, November 1, 2017
■Service details: You can earn T points by applying for points using the "healthcare card" you have acquired within aruku&.

(1) You can receive up to one stamp per day if you achieve your daily target number of steps or register your measured weight.
(2) If you collect 7 stamps, you can get a “Healthcare Card.”
(3) You can earn T points by applying for points using your accumulated "Healthcare Card."

*The number of points you receive will vary depending on the number of "healthcare cards" you apply for.

■ T-points earned with "aruku&": 3 T-points for 1 ticket, 7 T-points for 2 tickets, 12 T-points for 3 tickets, 20 T-points for 4 tickets
■Initiatives with T-Point partner companies: Many resident characters based on T-Point partner companies will appear. If you complete a resident's request, you will receive discount coupons with T points.

*To use T Points, you will need a Yahoo! JAPAN ID (registration is free) with your T Card number registered.

* We cannot guarantee the operation of devices that do not have GPS/accelerometer/gyro sensors, or devices that are connected only via Wi-Fi.

■Campaign Overview:
(1) If you register as a member of "aruku&" during the period and complete the T Point usage procedure, you will receive a "T Point Service Launch Commemorative Card" which will give you 50 T Points!
(2) What's more, if you complete the T-Point redemption procedure now, you can win tea from all over Japan!
(3) During the period, resident characters from T-Point partner companies will appear in "aruku&"! Complete requests to win up to 3,000 points!
