Culture Entertainment Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President and CEO: Nakanishi Kazuo; hereinafter referred to as "C.E"), a CCC Group company engaged in the entertainment business, including the planning and production of film, music, and publishing, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a licensing agreement with Rolling Stone International Limited (Head office: Cayman Islands, UK; CEO: Meng Ru Kuok; hereinafter referred to as "Rolling Stone"), which oversees the licensing of the US magazine Rolling Stone, to acquire publishing and editorial rights for the magazine and website in Japan.

As part of the CCC Group's philosophy of proposing lifestyles that enrich everyday life, C.E. has been in discussions with Rolling Stone International Limited, which holds the editorial rights to Rolling Stone magazine, which has been influential around the world for 50 years since its founding, by covering lifestyles centered on the music scene, about expanding into Japan.

Rolling Stone magazine has been a beloved reader in Japan for the past 10 years, but with the contract with its previous publisher now coming to an end, the two companies have agreed to take a new step in the Japanese market, and the contract was signed on October 18th. Going forward, while following the editorial policy of the US edition of the magazine, we will utilize the resources of the CCC Group to launch a new magazine called "Rolling Stone Japan" on December 25th, which will include original content such as Japanese music and culture, and the website will also open on December 1st.

C.E. will continue to aim to offer a richer lifestyle proposal, connecting artists and fans by proposing new projects and events through promotions that utilize the CCC Group's platform, database marketing that utilizes the service infrastructure, and the editing capabilities of its abundant human resources.
