Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture (Mayor: Shuto Masaharu, hereinafter referred to as "Nobeoka City") has announced that it has chosen "Encross" as the nickname for the "Nobeoka City Station Complex" currently under construction in front of JR Nobeoka Station, which was chosen from a public submission, and that the facility will open on Sunday, April 1, 2018. Encross will consist of two floors and will include a waiting area, information space, a kids' space, a library, a community activity space, Miyazaki Prefecture's first Tsutaya bookstore, and the prefecture's northern region's first Starbucks Coffee. Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and CEO: Masuda Muneaki, hereinafter referred to as CCC) will be the designated manager entrusted with its operation by Nobeoka City.
Encross will be open 365 days a year from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and will be a comfortable place where Nobeoka residents can gather at any time in front of Nobeoka Station, the city's symbol, and enjoy the excitement, making it a place they will want to spend time in.
