As digital technology innovations change our living environment, Yamato Transport has been working to expand its Kuroneko Members services and increase the number of locations where parcels can be picked up, such as open-type parcel locker PUDO Stations (hereinafter referred to as "PUDO") and convenience stores, in order to provide more convenient and comfortable services that suit customers' lifestyles.
CCC has proposed new lifestyles to the world through database marketing centered on "T Points," which are used by 65.1 million people, and through projects such as "T-SITE" and "Tsutaya Bookstore."
The two companies have decided to collaborate on services that utilize each other's resources as a first step in combining Yamato Transport's delivery network and CCC's planning capabilities to create and provide customers with a platform for more convenient and comfortable lifestyles in order to solve various social issues.

■Yamato Transport
In order to make Takkyubin an even easier service to use, we will be introducing the T-Point service from April 2018. Individual customers who use Takkyubin will be able to earn and use T Points when shipping packages or purchasing packaging materials. Starting around summer 2018, we plan to start offering Kuroneko Members customers the opportunity to exchange their points for original goods. We also offer a convenient and advantageous points program that allows you to earn T Points when using Kuroneko Members services.
In the future, we plan to use T Points for trial campaigns for new courier delivery services, including the use of "PUDO."As the digital society continues to evolve, we will continue to consider delivery methods that better suit the individual needs of our customers.
■CCC
CCC will install PUDO in some of the directly managed stores operated by Tsutaya Bookstore and TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. This will provide a service that allows customers to receive parcels at any time, and by planning community-based services with nearby stores centered around PUDO, as well as linking PUDO with TSUTAYA stores and online services, we will work to propose a more convenient and comfortable lifestyle.
