Yamato Transport to start T-Point service from April 1st

T POINT Japan Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Kitamura Kazuhiko) is pleased to announce that following the agreement announced on December 25th last year between Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. and Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. to begin mutual collaboration between their services, the T Point service will be launched at Yamato Transport from April 1st, 2018.

With the launch of this service, customers who have a T-CARD can earn 1 T- POINT for every 200 yen (excluding tax) spent by presenting their T- CARD or Mobile T-CARD when paying for Yamato Transport's courier services or purchasing packaging materials.These accumulated T- POINT can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

Through Yamato Transport's T-POINT service, T POINT Japan will offer a more convenient and comfortable lifestyle to over 65 million T Members across Japan.

Yamato Transport T-POINT Service Overview

■Service start date: Sunday, April 1, 2018
■T-POINT award rate: 1 point for every 200 yen (excluding tax and discounts)
■T-POINT usage rate: 1 point = 1 yen
■ Target locations: Delivery centers, collection by sales drivers
*As of April 1st, parcels will be collected by the courier center and sales drivers, but if parcels are sent from T-POINT partner stores other than ours, points will be awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of each company as before. We will continue to consider whether this service can be used at other courier service outlets and convenience stores.
Payment methods for earning T-POINT: cash, electronic money, Kuroneko member discount
■Timing for earning T-PONINT: T-POINT will be earned two days after use.
Payment methods that can be used in conjunction with T-POINT: Cash only. Cannot be used in conjunction with electronic money or Kuroneko Member Discount.

About Kuroneko Members Exclusive Benefits

As part of the introduction of the T Point service, as a special benefit for customers who use Kuroneko Members services, T-POINT will be awarded to customers who register for Kuroneko Members for the first time, complete various settings, or receive parcels at locations other than their home, such as parcel centers, convenience stores, or open-type parcel lockers (PUDO).

■How to use Kuroneko Members exclusive benefits
From April 1, 2018, you can use this service by linking your Kuroneko Members ID with your Yahoo! JAPAN ID registered on the T SITE (T-POINT/T-CARD) via the "T-POINT Usage Procedure" on the Kuroneko Members Site.

■ Kuroneko Members Exclusive Benefits (Benefits starting April 1, 2018)
(1) Register for Kuroneko Members and set up the "e-Notification Series": 50 points*
(2) Existing Kuroneko Members who set up the "e-Notification Series" will receive 20 points.
(3) Set up "My Calendar Service" (first time only): 20 points*
(4) Pick up at the courier center (first time only): 20 points
(5) Pick up at a convenience store (first time only): 20 points
(6) Pick up at a parcel locker (PUDO) (first time only): 20 points
(7) Pick up at a participating store (other than a convenience store) (first time only): 20 points
*"New Kuroneko Members Registration" and "My Calendar Service Settings" will be applicable to registrations and settings made after today, March 13th.

■About the "T-POINT Share Campaign" (April 1 to April 30, 2018)
We are running a campaign in which all customers who register their Yahoo! JAPAN ID registered on the T SITE (T POINT/T Card) via the "T Point Usage Procedure" on the Kuroneko Members SITE will receive a total of 2.22 million points. The maximum number of points that can be awarded as a gift is 200 points.
