- One day of special leave per month for disabled employees to go to the hospital -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as CCC) will be reviewing its internal regulations and introducing a new "Medical Leave System" effective April 1, 2018, which will grant employees with disabilities one day of special leave per month for medical treatment.

Society as a whole is paying attention to reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities, and companies are also placing importance on diversity in their workforce. At CCC, we have conducted interviews with employees with disabilities and have been considering ways to create a more comfortable working environment and systems. As a result, we decided that it was necessary to establish a system of leave for medical visits, and have established a special leave system of one day per month.

As a planning company that proposes lifestyles to customers with a wide range of values, CCC has a diverse workforce and aims to transform each person's ideas into customer value. We will continue to support employee diversity.
