(Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter "CCC") is pleased to announce that at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 30, 2018, a resolution was passed regarding the management structure of CCC and its major subsidiaries as of April 1, 2018, and at the subsequent General Meeting of Shareholders, directors and auditors were appointed to take office as of April 1, 2018.
