--Application information session to be held on April 26th for those aspiring to become the next generation of video creators--

The TSUTAYA CREATORS' PROGRAM (TCP), a video creator discovery program run by Culture Entertainment Inc. (C.E.), a CCC Group company engaged in entertainment business such as planning and producing videos, publishing, and music, and TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (TSUTAYA), will hold its fourth event and will begin accepting proposal submissions from today, Thursday, April 5th.

In addition, an application briefing session will be held on Thursday, April 26th for those considering applying. At the application briefing session, we will screen an excerpt from the final presentation of TCP FILM 2017, allowing you to feel the excitement of the venue, and we will also invite the TCP award winners to a question and answer session. The winners will respond to the participants' passionate thoughts, providing an opportunity to gain ideas for their own projects. ■About the TSUTAYA CREATORS' PROGRAM
This program invites proposals that can be turned into films from both professional and amateur artists, discovers creators who can create the films, and provides comprehensive support from production to rental, sales, and distribution. By supporting "Seeds of Masterpieces" in cooperation with various companies in the industry, we aim to create an environment that produces new talent and provides opportunities for encounters with new creators, thereby serving as a bridge between video projects and customers. The winning work will receive a total production budget of over 50 million yen and will be supported by a production system, and the completed work will be available for rental, sale, or streaming as an original work at TSUTAYA stores nationwide, TSUTAYA DISCAS, TSUTAYA TV, etc.

Through TCP, CE and TSUTAYA will provide many creators with a forum to propose "video projects" and opportunities to produce them, thereby discovering new talent who will lead the future of the film industry and connecting creators with customers so that original projects can be delivered to more people.

TSUTAYA CREATORS' PROGRAM FILM 2018 Event Overview

Recruitment period: April 5, 2018 (Thursday) - June 5, 2018 (Tuesday)
Recruitment details: Recruitment of work plans that can be made into live-action films (feature-length films)
Eligibility: Professional or amateur, no restrictions on age, gender or nationality
Number of winning works: 3 works selected. CCC Group will provide support for the total production costs and production structure required to complete the works.
Secondary prizes: Up to 500,000 T-Points and one-year TSUTAYA Premium membership
The completed work will be promoted at TSUTAYA stores nationwide.
Production budget: Over 50 million yen per film x 3 films
