Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") is pleased to announce that it has made changes to its group organization as of May 1, 2018.

The CCC Group will be made up of four business holding companies, centered around CCC, which will be the pure holding company for the entire group: CCC Entertainment Inc., which will be responsible for the TSUTAYA business, Tsutaya Bookstore business, publishing business, etc.; CCC Marketing Inc., which will be responsible for the T-Point business and marketing platform business; CCC Design Inc., which will be responsible for lifestyle proposals and the planning and operation of commercial facilities such as T-SITE; and CCC Creative Inc., which will be responsible for communication design and consulting, including the development of new fields.
We will continue to strive as a planning company that creates customer value in a speedy and meticulous manner, while creating a flat organization that allows for quick decision-making at customer contact points while sharing the mission and values of the entire group.
