Points" earned through the gratitude communication service "thanks!" for "T Points."

"Thanks!", a smartphone app provided by Alto, is a gratitude communication service that stimulates teamwork. Currently, the service is being used by store managers, part-timers and casual staff from store management companies, and is helping to reduce employee turnover, improve workplace relationships and boost the performance of sales promotion campaigns. It is characterized by being dedicated to work and specializing in positive communication, and is a tool that helps all workers maintain high motivation and creates and fosters team engagement and attachment to the workplace.In addition, we offer ``partner parallel support'' to ensure that customers can continue to use it in their workplaces.
