The CCC Group, centered around Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Muneaki Masuda; hereinafter referred to as CCC), will revise the definition of spouse in its internal regulations from October 1, 2018, and will recognize same-sex partners as spouses, and will apply all systems related to spouses and their families to them.

CCC, which calls itself a planning company, believes that plans are created by combining various information and values, and at the same time, we recognize that human resources are the most important management resource. We believe that diversity of information, values, and human resources, which are the source of our plans, is essential for creating plans that are valuable to our customers, and we have decided to revise our internal regulations as part of creating an environment that creates better customer value.

With this revision, benefits such as special leave for celebrations and condolences, childcare and nursing care leave, relocation allowances, and wedding gifts will also be applicable to same-sex partners.

CCC will continue to work to create an environment where diverse human resources can thrive and grow, and intellectual productivity can be increased.
