The "Good Shopping Day" Executive Committee, which includes 95 companies (※1) (192 brands) from a variety of fields, including distribution retailers, e-commerce operators, and food and beverage operators, will be holding the "Good Shopping Day" campaign, Japan's largest "shopping festival," from Tuesday, October 16, 2018, which will transcend corporate boundaries and feature large-scale sales and other events at various stores and services, both brick-and-mortar and online.

■About "Good Shopping Day"
In October 2015, five companies - Yahoo Japan Corporation, SoftBank Corp., T-Point Japan Co., Ltd., TSUTAYA Co., Ltd., and FamilyMart Co., Ltd. - joined forces to designate November 11th as "Good (11) Shopping Day" in the hopes of giving customers the joy of making a good purchase and sharing the joy of shopping with as many people as possible.
By holding large-scale sales and cross-company campaigns during the period, the "Good Shopping Day" Executive Committee hopes to create an environment in which the joy of "good shopping" spreads throughout Japan, both in real life and online, and to contribute to improving the consumer mindset in the country.

The first year (2015) saw the participation of five companies, and last year (2017), 94 companies (192 brands) participated, bringing a "Good Shopping Day" to everyone in Japan. 　This year marks the fourth year of the event, and the number of participating companies has increased to 95 (192 brands). Each participating company will be holding large-scale sales campaigns, including a T-Point campaign, under the theme of "good shopping," which allows customers to buy the things they want at a better price than usual. Additionally, we will continue to offer the "Good Shopping Day Lottery" that was well received last year.
