Ivy Design Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Hokkaido TSUTAYA Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Tomohiro Umetani) and Passive Home Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Hiroya Kawata), opened the Ebetsu Tsutaya Bookstore (address: 1-14 Makiba-cho, Ebetsu, Hokkaido) on Wednesday, November 21st.

Ebetsu Tsutaya Bookstore is a large, lifestyle-oriented bookstore complex consisting of three buildings: Food, Knowledge, and Living, based on the concept of "Slow Life in a Garden City."Each building has a "BOOK & CAFE" at its core, and offers a relaxing space surrounded by nature, providing a comfortable "place" where you can spend your time as you wish.
We aim to be a base for the local community, where a variety of customers can gather, in a space where people can relax and unwind.

The key to a fulfilling life is food. The "Food" building aims to be Hokkaido's number one comprehensive food proposal, and will propose a total "food culture" that is connected by stories, including not only "eating," but also "knowing," "reading," "coloring," "nurturing," and "making."

We offer a wide range of food suggestions through books, magazines, cooking utensils, kitchen goods, and events.
●A food park where you can enjoy a variety of foods
A popular food shop based in Hokkaido has opened a new store with an eat-in space in the center with 120 seats.

At the back of the intellectual space, characterized by 9m-high bookshelves lined up like pillars, is a Starbucks where you can relax around the warmth of the fireplace while sipping coffee and looking out at the scenery of the lush "Four Seasons Road."

It is a space where you can take your time and calmly reflect on yourself while surrounded by an overwhelming amount of books.
There is a lounge where you can relax and a cultural classroom where intellectual events are held.

In addition to having one of the largest children's book sections in Ebetsu City, there is also a kids' park where you can play and exercise with your children all year round.
